As I was about to walk out of the artist & administration space (the "backstage" area) at 12.05, in walked David Bowie to say hello. David was accompanied by Coco, his personal assistant of many years & who I met in Berlin (July 1977) on the "Heroes" sessions.
This lunchtime I gave myself permission to disturb the lunch of those who had not come to listen by making a demand of them. Afterwards, a short interview with John Schaefer.

RF: "That's a longer answer".
RF then declines the opportunity to extend the cult of personal adulants, declining also to squeeze money from this passing innocent, and returns his gaze to guitar & equipment to signal the end of engagement.
The New Jersey Guitar Circle has maintained a strong presence at the performances & sent a bunch of wonderful roses to chez Brainin in acknowledgement of our meeting there this past weekend.
Today: lunch with Jeff Fayman at the restaurant by the stage. Jeff is in good shape & with exciting future prospects underway.
Called Toyah, who is teching furiously in Stevenage. She is the wicked queen who gives Snow White a hard time.
